2025 & 2026 Villa Rental Rates:

• Weekly Cost: £850 (no cleaning charge for stays over 6 days)
• Optional Pool Heating: £25 per day (available all year)

Deposit & Payment Details:

• A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your booking.
• If booking within 12 weeks of your stay, full payment and a £250/$400 security deposit will be required.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer in GBP or USD, or through TransferWise for other currencies.

Additional Information:

• A security deposit of £250/$400 will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is in good condition.
• Pool heating is optional and not needed between April and September.
• For stays of 6 days or fewer, an additional cleaning charge of £120/$145 applies.
